Because Good Food Matters

We've been working a lot on baseball while concurrently stressing nutrition. Yes, an element of this is making sure the boys have the fuel to handle a double header (which can be grueling!) However, we do know that eating healthy is a great life lesson that the kids should learn sooner rather than later.


We also know that, as much fun as the baseball is, the camaraderie fostered through eating together is what most kids love most about travel. We have partnered with LoKL gourmet in McLean to help us execute this. We love their commitment to food quality, taste and consistency as well as their commitment to using the highest quality local ingredients. Furthermore, with their experience with school lunches, we're confident in their specific ability to provide the kids with a healthy lunch that will keep them mentally focused and physically charged.

All lunches are determined by the chef one week in advance, and come with a beverage:

Strawberry Lemonade (kids)

Runningbyrd Iced Tea (adults)

Child-sized Lunches @ $7

Adult-sized Lunches (larger portions) @ $10

Gluten-free substitutes +$1

Orders (and requests for cancellation) must be received before 4pm on Saturday.
